Carbon Deoxidant is widely used for situation which has no requirement for content of carbon dioxide.
It can purify Common purity nitrogen (contain 0.1% oxygen) through the device of carbon carrier deoxidant. Carbon Deoxidant does not need hydrogen to finish deoxidation.
It can not only deeply deoxidate the gas (remaining O2≤1ppm) and heavily dexodiate it (1.6~1.7M3O2/kg), it is also easy to operate and reliable.
Carbon deoxidant does deoxidation directly through combustion. It can combust common purity nitrogen containing 0.1-0.2% oxygen through Carbon Deoxidant and oxidize the oxygen in nitrogen and carbon in deoxidant which eventually produces high purity nitrogen (99.9995%) containing little Carbon Dioxide (<0.1%/M3). The characteristic requirement of the carbon deoxidant is to add deoxidant regularly.
